About Marianne Andres
For the past 15 years, my photography has been my main driving force for creative expression. However, my creativity also expands to painting, typography, and design. I have always been drawn to intricate details and textures as well as the intense contrast between light and dark. In every photo I take or artwork I create, it is important that I bring attention to the beauty of details. The important information found in the details is what makes a photo a great photo or the textured details of a brushstroke are what give paintings great character. Additionally, I use highlights and shadows to strengthen my subject as well as bring intensity to every photograph and artwork I make. These visual elements not only invite others to see the passion of my artistic vision, but also allow others to feel a personal connection with my works of art.
